Artist Bio
Jenny
Hahn is a painter and designer native
to the Kansas City area. She received her BFA in illustration from the
Kansas City Art Institute and is currently a resident artist at the Arts Incubator. Her paintings have shown in galleries and
other venues nationally.
Working mostly in acrylic, Jenny conveys a unique spiritual quality through bold, colorful expression—whether figuratively or abstractly. She finds inspiration in meditation practice, yoga, biology, sacred geometry, Gnostic wisdom, and Expressionistic painters throughout history.
Jenny is
the facilitator of Breathing
Color Studio, a painting-for-process studio
in Kansas City, Missouri, that utilizes painting as a tool for mindfulness
and self-discovery.
